PlastiBioFuel LLC: From Service to Sustainability, Turning PET plastic waste into clean fuel—one bottle at a time.

We apply military-grade resilience to the world’s plastic crisis, engineering high-performance biofuels from the waste others leave behind.

Our Story: A Mission Reimagined

PlastiBioFuel was born from a realization: the same logistics, discipline, and strategic thinking required to lead soldiers and complex missions are needed to save our environment.

Founded in 2025 by Michael Ward—a 12 year U.S. Army veteran—PlastiBioFuel is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). After over a decade of leading soldiers and managing complex fuel supply chains for industry giants, Michael saw a tactical gap in the green energy market. He founded PlastiBioFuel to bridge that gap, with a goal of turning 70 million tons of global PET waste into a renewable fuel stream.

The Mission Brief (Problem)

The current state of waste is a failure of logistics.

  • The Waste: 8 million tons of plastic enter our oceans annually; PET bottles alone account for 70 million tons of global waste.

  • The Inefficiency: Traditional recycling is a broken system—costly, energy-intensive, and incomplete.

  • The Energy Gap: The $142B biofuel market is currently over-reliant on food-based ethanol (like corn), which drives up prices and depletes land.

We don’t just see a pollution problem; we see a massive, untapped fuel source.

The Tactical Advantage (Solution)

We don’t just recycle; we re-engineer. PlastiBioFuel utilizes a patented microbial system to transform post-consumer PET plastic into high-value ethanol.
